Taylor Dol is a Clinical Social Work Intern in Las Vegas who specializes in trauma, attachment disorders, and behavioral issues in children and adolescents.
She earned her Master of Social Work from Portland State University in 2022 and has experience in inpatient psychiatric stabilization, residential care, and outpatient settings working with youth in crisis.
Taylor’s background in inpatient and residential care means she works with children whose behavioral issues have escalated beyond what outpatient therapy alone can manage—self-harm, suicidal ideation, severe trauma responses, and attachment disruptions from abuse, neglect, or multiple foster placements. She helps children develop secure relationships through structured play and nurturing interactions.
Taylor also provides family therapy to address how family systems contribute to or maintain childhood behavioral issues. She works with parents learning to respond differently to their child’s trauma-driven behavior and helps families rebuild trust after abuse, divorce, or other disruptions. Her case management experience means she understands how to coordinate care across multiple systems when children are involved with schools, child welfare, or psychiatric services.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time in nature, being with family and her dog, Mowgli, and engaging in creative activities like crocheting and embroidering. She also has a passion for reading fantasy novels and playing board games.
