Daniel Pineda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Nevada and Florida. He earned his Master of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University in 2018 and has over five years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. His work focuses on trauma, social anxiety, and depression.
His Approach
Daniel works with children, teens, and adults who feel stuck in patterns that keep pulling them back to the same place. A person may want to move forward but find that their thoughts, reactions, or past experiences keep getting in the way. For some, this shows up as avoiding situations, overthinking conversations, or feeling shut down even when support is available.
In session, Daniel keeps the tone conversational and engaged. He asks direct questions that help connect past experiences with what is happening now, so patterns become easier to see. He helps clients recognize what is already there and how to use it in a way that works in daily life.
