Victoria Grey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada and Texas with 19 years of clinical experience. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno and has worked across a range of settings, including serving as an adjunct professor in psychology. Her work focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, and the impact these have on how people manage their emotions day to day.
Her Approach
Victoria works with adults and older adults across different life stages and backgrounds. Many of the people she sees are dealing with anxiety, depression, or the ongoing effects of trauma that make emotions harder to manage. This can show up as feeling overwhelmed, reacting more strongly than expected, or having difficulty coping in everyday situations.
In session, Victoria keeps the pace aligned with the client and focused on what is happening in real time. She helps clients understand how their thoughts and emotions are connected, and how their current coping patterns are working or not working. From there, she introduces practical ways to respond differently so emotional reactions feel more manageable and consistent across situations.
