About

Jennifer Hubbert

Jennifer Hubbert is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada with more than 17 years of experience working with adults and couples. She specializes in depression, anxiety, and relationship counseling, supporting clients who want to feel steadier, more connected, and better able to manage life’s challenges.

She also works with clients experiencing grief, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic pain, stress, self-esteem struggles, women’s issues, and the effects of domestic violence. By addressing both emotional and relational concerns, Jennifer helps people create healthier patterns and a stronger sense of balance in daily life.

Before becoming a therapist, Jennifer built a successful career in the performing arts, touring internationally as a dancer and appearing in Broadway productions. She later transitioned into health and wellness as a massage therapist, and eventually followed her calling into counseling. Since becoming licensed in 2008, she has dedicated her work to helping people find steadiness, healing, and more fulfilling connections.

Her clinical background includes work in psychiatric hospitals, community clinics, and employee assistance programs, where she facilitated anger management and domestic violence groups while also growing her private practice.

Today, she works with people from diverse cultural, racial, and social backgrounds and is proud to be allied with LGBTQ+ communities, veterans, sex workers, body-positive clients, and those committed to vegan lifestyles.

Her style of therapy is flexible and draws from methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, Gestalt therapy, the Gottman Method, and trauma-focused practices, always adapted to the person or relationship she is working with. Jennifer focuses on strengthening relationships, building coping skills, and helping clients find greater balance in daily life.

Her practice is open to individuals, couples, and families, and she takes pride in offering therapy that honors each client’s story and goals.
