Victoria Grey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 19 years of experience treating trauma, anxiety, and depression in adults and older adults across Nevada and Texas. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2000 and has worked in numerous clinical settings, giving her breadth of knowledge that newer therapists simply haven’t accumulated. Her background as an Adjunct Professor in Psychology strengthens her ability to explain complex psychological concepts in ways clients can actually use.
After nearly two decades of practice, she understands that removing barriers to success is identifying what’s blocking progress and addressing those obstacles directly. Her work focuses on helping clients move past trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and navigate major life transitions with less disruption to their overall wellbeing.
She uses an integrative approach that draws from CBT for practical skill-building, psychodynamic therapy to understand patterns formed in earlier relationships, and interpersonal therapy for current relationship challenges. Victoria’s person-centered foundation means treatment adapts to where each client is. Her strength-based perspective recognizes what’s already working even when everything feels broken.
Victoria works primarily with adults and older adults facing grief, relationship difficulties, stress management needs, and self-esteem struggles. She has seen enough to know that reaching out for help takes courage, and she approaches that vulnerability with the respect it deserves.
