Sharon is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Intern in Nevada, supervised by Stephanie Ross-Cope, CPC. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, earned in 2022. Her clinical focus centers on trauma, domestic violence, racial identity, and the behavioral and emotional patterns that take shape earliest in life and prove hardest to shift.
Her Approach
Sharon works with clients across every stage of life, from toddlers and school-age children to adults and elders, as well as couples and families. She has worked extensively with single mothers, survivors of domestic violence, and people whose struggles have been misread as character flaws. She is particularly attuned to clients who have spent years being defined by where they come from and who they are.
Sessions with Sharon are direct and structured around change that the client chooses and drives. She draws from CBT, DBT, trauma-focused approaches, and motivational interviewing, and she brings a culturally grounded lens to every conversation. he is direct in sessions, comfortable sitting with difficult material, and her clients tend to leave with something specific to act on.
