Shana-Lee Ewing is a Licensed Clinical Social Woker in Nevada. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She brings over 23 years of broad social work experience, with the last three years in direct therapy practice. Her clinical focus centers on neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, including those navigating ADHD, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and trauma across the full lifespan.
Her Approach
Shana-Lee works with clients from age 6 through older adulthood, including children who struggle in school or at home, teenagers managing impulsivity or self-esteem, and adults carrying patterns that started long before anyone had a name for them. Shana-Lee also works with couples and families where one or more members are neurodivergent, and where that dynamic has started to strain the relationships around it.
Her style is direct and practical without being rigid. Shana-Lee uses play therapy with younger children, Gottman Method and structural approaches with couples and families, and trauma-focused and CBT-informed work with adolescents and adults. Clients who have felt dismissed or misread in other settings often find that her background across court systems, schools, and clinical practice means she has seen their situation from more than one angle.
