Jenna is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern licensed in Nevada. She is trained in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR, two modalities that address trauma at the neurological and embodied level.
Her Approach
Jenna works with adults, and elders, individually or partners. Her clients often include people who’ve survived trauma, abuse, or significant loss and are stuck in patterns of anger, disconnection, or self-doubt. Others come in struggling with relationship conflict, codependency, or grief, unsure how to move forward.
Jenna meets you with genuine curiosity about what brought you here and what you need. She uses EMDR to help your nervous system process traumatic memories, where you’ll notice how they respond to your emotional state and teach you something about yourself in real time. In sessions, you’ll find she prioritizes your strengths and works at your pace.

- EMDR therapy, using eye movement desensitization to help the brain process traumatic memories
- Parts and Memory Therapy, working with different parts of the self and difficult memories to reduce distress and support emotional integration.
