Jenna is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern licensed in Nevada. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University in 2025. She holds specialized certification in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and is trained in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR, two modalities that address trauma at both the neurological and embodied level.
Her Approach
Jenna works with teens, adults, and elders, individually and with partners or families. Her clients often include people who’ve survived trauma, abuse, or significant loss and are stuck in patterns of anger, disconnection, or self-doubt. Others come in struggling with relationship conflict, codependency, or grief, unsure how to move forward.
Jenna meets you with genuine curiosity about what brought you here and what you actually need. She uses EMDR to help your nervous system process traumatic memories, and she may also invite you to work with horses, where you’ll notice how they respond to your emotional state and teach you something about yourself in real time. In sessions, you’ll find she prioritizes your strengths and works at your pace, not some standard timeline.
Specialized Training
- EMDR therapy, using eye movement desensitization to help the brain process traumatic memories
- Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, working with horses to rebuild emotional regulation and safety in the body
- Somatic trauma work, addressing how trauma lives in the nervous system and relationships
Ready When You Are
Jenna is currently accepting new clients in Nevada for both telehealth and in-person sessions. If you’re looking for an EMDR and equine therapy therapist who combines neuroscience-based trauma work with embodied healing, reach out.
