Danette Raymond is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico, and holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has been working in behavioral health for over 20 years, with her clinical focus centering on anxiety, trauma, and helping adults and elders rebuild their relationship with themselves and the people closest to them.
Her Approach
Danette works with adults and elders, including those managing chronic illness, codependency, grief, and the slower erosion that comes from years of unaddressed stress. She also works with individuals on the autism spectrum and those carrying dual diagnoses where mood and behavior intersect in ways that have been hard to untangle.
She works at a pace that allows clients to build new habits of thought without feeling pushed. CBT and mindfulness form the backbone of her practice, and she integrates DBT and motivational interviewing when the work calls for it. Her focus is practical: clients leave sessions with a clearer sense of what they can do differently, not just what they now understand about themselves.
