Chelsie is an MFT Intern completing her supervised clinical training in Nevada, working with clients under licensed supervision as part of her professional development. She earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide in 2024 and brings specialized understanding of how family systems and relationships shape mental health across every stage of life.
Her Approach
Chelsie works with children as young as 4, preteens, teens, adults, and older adults, including families where patterns repeat across generations. She connects well with clients dealing with anxiety that shows up at school or work, parents struggling with behavioral challenges at home, and adults trying to understand why the same relationship conflicts keep surfacing. She also supports single mothers navigating the specific stress of raising children while managing their own wellbeing.
Sessions with Chelsie feel collaborative and grounded. She draws from attachment-based therapy to examine how early family relationships affect current behavior, and uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy to teach emotional regulation skills that weren’t modeled in previous generations.. Clients describe her as warm and direct, someone who makes it easier to talk about what feels hardest to say.
