Celeste is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada, practicing since 2022. They hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Their clinical work centers on adults living at the intersection of trauma, dissociation, and medical complexity, with particular depth in LGBTQ+ affirming care.
Their Approach
Celeste works with adults, most often those between 25 and 50, who are carrying experiences they have not yet had the words or structure to fully examine. Many of their clients are dealing with more than one thing at once: chronic physical symptoms, fragmented memory, or years of internalized messaging that told them their responses to hard things were wrong. As a trauma therapist, Celeste is drawn to clients who are curious about themselves and want to understand what happened and what it has meant to them.
Sessions move at the client’s pace. Celeste starts from a humanistic foundation, which means the first work is understanding how a client makes sense of their own life: what they value, what they believe, and where those beliefs came from. They bring a philosophical sensibility to sessions, regularly asking clients to examine the meaning behind their experiences. Clients seeking LGBTQ+ affirming therapy or support around dissociation and chronic illness will find that Celeste treats them as the authority on their own life.
