Working with preteens, teens, and adults on anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues via telehealth in Nevada.
Who Is Brooke Parriera?
Brooke Parriera is a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern holding a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She practices via telehealth in Nevada with preteens, teens, and adults — individually, as couples, and as families.
Her clinical work centers on anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with individuals and Gottman Method with couples.
Who Brooke Works With
Maybe anxiety has been running the show longer than you’d like to admit. Maybe your relationship keeps hitting the same wall, or something from your past is bleeding into your present in ways that are hard to explain. You don’t need to have it figured out before you come in — most people don’t.
Brooke works across a wide range — from preteens to adults, from individual struggles to couples at a crossroads. She’s trained specifically in Gottman Couples Therapy, which is one of the most research-backed approaches for relationship work, and in CBT for individuals dealing with distorted or unhelpful thought patterns. Her focus is on helping you understand what’s driving what you’re feeling, and building something more workable from there.
Ready When You Are
Brooke is currently accepting new clients in Nevada. If this feels like a fit, a free consultation is a good place to start.
Not sure she’s the right match? That’s okay. Reach out and we’ll help you find the therapist that fits what you’re looking for.
