Beleli has been practicing as a licensed mental health counselor in Las Vegas for over a decade, bringing her professional training and multicultural background to every session.
After earning her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from theUniversity of Nevada, Las Vegas and has training in trauma-focused work, including parts-based approaches and somatic techniques. Her work focuses on anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and how people adjust to life changes.
Her Approach
Beleli works with adults across different stages of life, including those dealing with relationship challenges, major changes, or ongoing emotional strain. Many of the people she sees feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, or caught in patterns that are hard to shift. This can show up as difficulty regulating emotions, low mood that lingers, or tension in close relationships.
In session, Beleli focuses on helping clients understand what is happening beneath those reactions. She uses parts-based work and somatic techniques to explore how past experiences and current stress are held in both thoughts and the body. At the same time, she keeps the work practical by introducing ways to regulate emotions and respond differently in everyday situations. The goal is to make those patterns easier to recognize and more manageable over time.
