Victoria holds a Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, completed in 2019, and has been licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada since 2024. She works primarily with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Her Approach
Victoria works with adults who are tired of understanding why something is hard but not being able to change it. Depression and anxiety are often the surface of something deeper, a loop of self-doubt, emotional reactivity, or stress that has never had a real outlet. She works with people at different points in that experience, whether they are in the middle of a difficult life transition, trying to rebuild after a painful relationship, or carrying something traumatic that has never fully been processed.
She balances a goal-oriented approach with person-centered techniques, which in practice means sessions feel structured without being rigid. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients build practical skills in emotional regulation and distress tolerance, while also addressing the deeper patterns that keep those struggles in place.
