Victoria Birrenbach holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFTI) in Nevada. She has been working with clients since 2022, focusing on anxiety, depression, and self-esteem across individuals, couples, and families.
Her Approach
Victoria’s clients are typically teens and adults who are self-aware enough to know something needs to shift but are not sure where to start. They may deal with social anxiety that limits how fully they show up, a relationship with themselves that feels critical or unclear, or a sense that they have outgrown who they used to be without knowing who they are becoming. They come in wanting to understand themselves better.
Victoria draws from Person-Centered, Narrative, and Solution Focused therapy. Each session follows what the client brings in that day, because they know their own life better than anyone else in the room. She introduces angles and perspectives clients have not considered yet, and the work stays focused on finding what fits that specific person.
