Dr. Patrick Argiro (Cousin Pat) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), as well as a U.S. Air Force veteran, providing telehealth therapy across Idaho, Ohio, South Carolina, Nevada, Maine, and North Dakota. He works with individuals, couples, and groups, specializing in trauma, addiction, grief, and behavioral change.
He holds a Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern Christian University.
Dr. Patrick’s Approach
Dr. Patrick works with adults who are dealing with the effects of trauma, grief, or ongoing anxiety. Many of the people he sees spend a lot of time overthinking, second-guessing decisions, or feeling pulled back into past experiences even when they are trying to move forward. Others feel disconnected from their day-to-day life or notice that life transitions have left them without a clear sense of direction.
In session, Dr. Patrick focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences continue to shape their current thoughts, reactions, and choices. He works through those patterns in a clear and structured way, then helps clients apply that understanding in real situations. The work stays practical, with attention to how someone responds when these patterns show up, so changes carry over outside the session.
