Nicole is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Intern in Nevada. She holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Trauma Studies from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, California, earned in 2023. Her clinical focus centers on trauma, addiction, personality disorders, and the attachment patterns that shape how people relate to themselves and others.
Her Approach
Nicole works with teenagers, adults, and elders, with particular experience supporting single mothers, Black and African American clients, and people navigating body image and racial identity alongside their primary concerns. Her clients are often people who have developed ways of coping that made sense at one point and are now getting in the way of the relationships or the version of themselves they are trying to build.
Sessions with Nicole are grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, which means she pays attention to how early relationships and experiences show up in present-day thinking and behavior. Clients who have spent years moving fast through difficult feelings tend to find that slowing down is where the real work happens.
