Kathryn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada and New Jersey. She holds a Master of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from California Southern University, earned in 2021. Her clinical focus centers on trauma, OCD, and other anxiety disorders.
Her Approach
She views mental health symptoms not as weaknesses, but as meaningful signals that something in life needs attention. Growth often begins where avoidance lives, and it’s never too late to lean in. At the heart of her work is a belief that you are the expert of your own life — her role is to create a space of stillness and support, so that from a place of curiosity rather than judgment, you can reconnect with your own wisdom.
She treats adults in New Jersey and Nevada with concerns rooted in distressing life experiences. She specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat OCD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical.
