Irvin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada. He holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earned in 2024, and is currently accepting new clients. His clinical focus centers on trauma, anger management, depression, and the behavioral patterns that develop when stress and loss go unaddressed over time.
His Approach
Irvin works with teenagers, adults, and elders, with particular experience supporting Hispanic and Latino clients, college students, and men dealing with anger and emotional expression. He conducts sessions in both English and Spanish. He also integrates Christian counseling for clients whose faith is part of how they make sense of what they are going through.
Irvin’s sessions are built around identifying what the client is already doing well and using that as the starting point for addressing what is not working. He is straightforward about what therapy will involve and what it will not, which tends to put clients at ease early.
