Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. She has been licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor in Arizona and Nevada since 2021, with clinical work focused on trauma, anxiety, personality disorders, and relational conflict across adolescent and adult populations.
Her Approach
Elizabeth works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families when old hurts continue to surface in current relationships, communication starts to break down, or home no longer feels calm or predictable. Her work is often a strong fit when conflict keeps repeating, trust has been shaken, or a major change has left people reacting more than listening. She also supports families when a young person is pulling away, acting out, or struggling to stay connected at home or in school.
Sessions with Elizabeth tend to move at a pace that allows room for what is hard to say. She brings a humanistic and person-centered orientation, which means she is interested in who you are and what you are reaching toward, not only in cataloguing what has gone wrong. Clients who have found it difficult to open up elsewhere often describe her as easy to be direct with. That directness goes both ways.
