Dr. Nicole Theron Parkes holds a Doctor of Psychology from William James College and has been licensed as a psychologist since 2022. She practices under PsyPact authority, which allows her to see clients via telehealth across multiples U.S states.
Dr. Nicole’s Approach
Dr. Parkes works with adult women ages 18 and older, those with a confirmed ADHD or autism diagnosis, those still working toward one, and those managing chronic pain alongside neurodivergence. Sessions move at the client’s pace, without agenda-driven homework or confrontational techniques.
Her pace is calm and unhurried. She does not push, prod, or assign homework aimed at fixing you. Many of her clients have spent years being told they’re doing things wrong by people who didn’t understand what they were dealing with. Dr. Parkes works from the premise that those clients already know a great deal about themselves. Her job is to listen, reflect what she hears, and help them use that self-knowledge more deliberately.
She also incorporates energy clearing work alongside talk therapy for clients who are open to it.
