Shana-Lee Ewing, CSW-Intern, is a therapist in Nevada who provides counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed master social worker, she combines practical expertise with direct therapy skills to support clients through a wide range of challenges.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Master of Social Work, she has worked with individuals as young as 3 and as old as 90. Over the past three years, her focus has been on therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with neurodivergent symptoms.

Her professional background also includes extensive collaboration with the courts. She has provided input on custody evaluations, parenting matters, juvenile cases, suicide risk, mental health assessments, and drug and alcohol use. This experience helps her guide families through complex situations with clarity and care.

She works with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, grief, divorce, substance use, self-harming behaviors, women’s issues, and relationship concerns. Support is also available for those managing chronic illness, chronic pain, and major life changes.

Shana-Lee Ewing uses methods such as Applied Behavioral Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused care, Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and the Gottman Method for couples. Her practice is inclusive and welcomes diverse identities, including Native American clients, people living with chronic health conditions, and those in open or non-monogamous relationships.
