Jessica is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern licensed in Nevada. She earned her Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University in 2025 and received her BA in Psychology from UNLV. She brings specialized training in Brainspotting, a trauma therapy that accesses the deeper neurological patterns where traumatic experiences are stored.
Her Approach
Jessica works with preteens, teens, and adults. Her clients often include people who survived sexual abuse, domestic violence, or other traumatic events and now find themselves struggling with how their body responds in relationships, how they trust, or how they see themselves. Others come in carrying grief from significant loss, or working through major life transitions while also navigating their identity as LGBTQ.
Jessica’s practice centers on helping you reclaim your own narrative. She uses Brainspotting alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy, choosing the approach that fits what you need. She is trained to work with LGBTQ clients and understands the specific layers that can come with processing trauma while also developing your identity.
Ready When You Are
Jessica is currently accepting new telehealth clients in Nevada. If you’re looking for a trauma and domestic violence therapist who understands both what you’ve survived and who you are, reach out.
