Jessi is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern licensed in Nevada. She earned her Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Antioch University in 2025 and received her BA in Psychology from UNLV. She brings specialized training in Brainspotting, a trauma therapy that accesses the deeper neurological patterns where traumatic experiences are stored.
Her Approach
If you’ve lived through sexual abuse, domestic violence, or another traumatic experience that still shows up in how you trust people, how you feel in your relationships, or how you see yourself, Jessi can help. She also works with people carrying grief after a significant loss and those moving through a major life change. And if part of your story involves complex trauma connected to a high-demand religious environment, you’ll find someone who recognizes it and takes it seriously.
Jessi s practice centers on helping you reclaim your own narrative. She uses Brainspotting alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy, choosing the approach that fits what you need. You don’t need the perfect words or a tidy explanation to begin. Part of Jessi’s role is helping you feel settled enough to start.
