Founder and CEO
Franchesca founded Insight in 2012 to help at-risk youth in rural Nevada. She is an attorney and entrepreneur who uses her combined expertise in business and in the law to build companies that are ethical, and sustainable, and provide value to their communities and to the world. She believes that companies must provide value to their customers and clients, but to be truly sustainable must also create corporate cultures that value every single individual team member for their unique contributions. Franchesca is half Chilean and fluent in Spanish. She spends her time outside of the office with her husband and young daughters.
Clinical Director
Abigail is a licensed clinical social worker and an Clinical Director at Insight Therapy Solutions. In addition to providing care to clients, she plays a crucial role in managing, assisting, and guiding other providers within the organization.
Before completing her clinical hours, Abigail gained valuable experience as a licensed social worker in diverse settings, including medical social work, working with the aging population, and supporting children and families.
Abigail possesses a deep understanding of how depression and anxiety can profoundly impact individuals’ lives, often creating a challenging and negative environment. She recognizes the battles faced in the journey toward improved well-being and is dedicated to helping clients navigate that path and achieve a sense of healing and growth.
Director of Clinical Human Resources
Jennifer is a dedicated provider and Director of Clinical Human Resources at Insight Therapy Solutions, where she plays a vital role in managing, assisting, and guiding other providers.
In her position, she also takes charge of onboarding new providers, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Jennifer’s passion for mental health and social services extends to underserved communities and people of color. She brings together her formal education, holding a Bachelor of Social Work from UNLV and a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, with her extensive experience in both the private and public sectors.
Working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families, Jennifer showcases her cultural competence as a clinician. Her clients greatly appreciate her ability to understand and respect their unique values and beliefs. With her blend of education, experience, and genuine empathy, Jennifer contributes to providing comprehensive and culturally sensitive care at Insight Therapy Solutions.
Licensing and Contract Manager
Suzanne is the Clinical Onboarding and Credentialing Manager with 26 years of professional administrative experience. Her passion for administrative management comes from her love for personal interaction and organizational excellence.
Before joining Insight Therapy Solutions eight years ago she worked with victims of domestic violence. Being able to work remotely has allowed her the privilege of living both in Las Vegas and Key West. She loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren and their four fur babies.
HR & People Operations Manager
Hiyas focuses primarily on strengthening HR and People Operations, ensuring that the company’s HR processes are robust, compliant, and aligned with its growth.
In her role as HR & People Operations Manager, she leads initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, supports employee development, and drives operational efficiency across all HR functions. While her main emphasis is on HR, she continues to provide cross-functional support to other departments, offering strategic guidance to keep administrative operations stable and effective.
Known for her strong leadership and organizational skills, Hiyas prioritizes fairness, collaboration, and clear communication, going above and beyond to ensure both staff and clients are well-supported. Her dedication is instrumental in maintaining smooth daily operations and contributing to the company’s ongoing success.
Customer Service and Business Development Manager
Kerry manages the Front Desk and Business Development departments at Insight Therapy Solutions, where she plays a vital role in enhancing client experience, optimizing service delivery, and driving business development efforts. With a sharp eye for operational efficiency and a passion for client satisfaction, Kerry ensures that every interaction reflects the organization’s commitment to quality care.
In her role, Kerry manages day-to-day front desk operations, supervises client onboarding processes, and leads initiatives that align therapists with the right clients. She is also instrumental in tracking key performance metrics, leading strategic outreach, and expanding partnerships through proactive lead generation.
Kerry is deeply involved in building and scaling the team, conducting training, and fostering growth through continuous development. Her leadership and strategic thinking contribute directly to the company’s expansion and reputation in the behavioral health industry. Front Desk Lead
Jennel leads the Front Desk team with a calm presence and a strong commitment to seamless client service. As Front Desk Lead, she oversees daily operations, managing therapist schedules, client interactions, and intake processes. She steps into a supervisory role when needed, ensuring team coordination and smooth workflow.
She plays a key role in onboarding and training new front desk staff, guiding daily huddles, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting. Jennel addresses client and therapist concerns with professionalism and care, escalating critical matters to leadership as needed. Her proactive approach supports operational flow, strengthens team collaboration, and helps create a welcoming environment for clients.

QA Supervisor
Kathryn is a licensed clinical professional counselor and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor in Nevada. She works with adults (18+) facing life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional struggles.
She also supports legal and ethical accuracy in Clinical Quality Assurance. Kathryn believes each person is the expert in their own life and helps them connect with past experiences and inner strengths to find insight, solutions, and peace. She approaches therapy with the understanding that mental and emotional disease stems from “stuck” perspectives, avoidance, and misalignment with values. Through connection and being heard, meaningful shifts can happen.
Her style is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, drawing from existential, ACT, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, exposure-based, humanistic, client-centered, and psychodynamic therapies. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys traveling, snowboarding, yoga, being outdoors, and making memories with loved ones.
QA Team Lead
Rizza De Guzman is the QA Team Lead at Insight Therapy Solutions, where she brings a thoughtful and meticulous approach to quality assurance and documentation. She joined the team in 2023 as a QA and Documentation Specialist and was quickly promoted to Team Lead, reflecting her strong work ethic and keen eye for detail.
Naturally introverted, she thrives in environments that allow for deep focus and meaningful work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys quiet evenings at home watching movies and spending time with her dogs, who are always by her side. Her balance of dedication at work and love for simplicity at home makes her a reliable and grounded presence on the Insight team.
Billing Director
Akshay is responsible for overseeing a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to clients. With extensive experience in the medical billing industry, Akshay previously worked as a Medical Biller and Credentialing Specialist before assuming the role of Billing Director.
Throughout his career, Akshay has displayed a genuine passion for assisting clients and a strong dedication to providing top-notch services. He takes pride in maintaining efficient, accurate, and transparent billing processes at Insight Therapy Solutions.

She manages complex calendars, coordinates projects, prepares reports, and ensures effective communication across departments. Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive mindset, she helps drive team alignment and contributes to a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
Finance and Accounting Team Lead
As the Financial and Accounting Team Lead at Insight Therapy Solutions, Yulimar plays a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, bringing nearly a decade of experience in accounting and finance.
After earning her accounting degree in 2016, she spent 5 years as an external auditor, developing a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting. Since joining Insight Therapy in 2022, Yulimar has focused on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, and leading bookkeeping operations and supervision.

Fractional Marketing Lead
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare marketing, Dr. Rizvi brings a unique blend of clinical insight and strategic expertise to help healthcare brands grow in a digital-first world.

POD Leader
Garet Benavides is a Lead Therapist and POD Leader at Insight Therapy Solutions, where she supervises a team of fully licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. She also serves as the Approved Field Instructor for MSW students, guiding their clinical practicum and professional development.
With a background in Anthropology and Geology from UNLV and an MSW from Simmons University, Garet brings a unique scientific lens to therapy, particularly in psychoeducation. Before her career in mental health, she worked as a freelance archaeologist and also in law enforcement, reflecting her commitment to understanding people from diverse backgrounds.
Garet has lived in Turkey, Fiji, and various parts of the U.S., and uses her diverse life experiences to build meaningful connections with clients with positive regard and empathy. Her clinical focus includes trauma, LGBTQ+ care, and supporting individuals with life-altering diagnoses, as well as those navigating anxiety and depression.
POD Leader
Christina M. Lopez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor at Insight Therapy Solutions. She brings years of experience in trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and crisis stabilization, working with both youth and adults across diverse settings.
Before joining Insight, Christina served in various clinical roles across Nevada, supporting individuals through inpatient care, community outreach, and telehealth therapy. She is trained in EMDR and passionate about helping clients achieve lasting healing. Outside of work, Christina enjoys quiet time at home, staying grounded through simple routines and meaningful connections.
POD Leader
SarahJane (Sarah) Weinstein, MSW, LCSW, is a seasoned therapist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through complex mental health challenges. Originally from Canada, she has called Florida home for 24 years, working in clinical, supervisory, and advocacy roles across the mental health and child welfare systems.
Her passion for therapy was shaped by early experiences advocating for her mother, who lived with Schizophrenia, a diagnosis often misunderstood and stigmatized. Before earning her Master’s in Social Work, Sarah served as a Certified Child Welfare Supervisor for nearly 14 years, supporting children and families affected by addiction and untreated mental illness.
She has since held clinical and leadership roles in residential treatment, psychiatric settings, and co-occurring programs. Known for her warm, direct, and collaborative style, Sarah draws from various evidence-based methods to support healing and believes in holding hope for her clients even when they can’t yet see it themselves.
