Master of Social Work Development Program
Master of Social Work (MSW) students are graduate students who are learning to become social workers. As part of their training, they work with clients under the close supervision of a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). The LCSW teaches them basic counseling skills, helps them discuss cases, and may record sessions—with your permission—so the student can learn and improve.
This program does not provide therapy. Instead, it offers support to help you learn healthy coping and communication skills, adjust to life changes, and connect with community resources or case management services if needed.
