Leave the Boring Stuff To Us

We take care of all the admin stuff for you—credentialing, marketing, compliance, software, billing, eligibility/insurance checks, prior authorizations, insurance audits, etc.
We have an army of people dedicated to handling all of the boring, time-consuming parts of the practice. In fact, we have approximately a 2 staff-1 full-time clinician ratio, all designed to make your life easier. All you have to do is help people.
Of course, you will have to do notes and the insurance required in-session paperwork because unfortunately, we can’t do that part for you! In addition, while we do schedule the initial intake appointment for new clients on your calendar, you are responsible for scheduling their follow-up appointments. But that’s by design because that process ensures greater buy-in from your clients for their next appointments.

How are we different?

We started at a physical location, as a small mental health clinic. We had to evolve when the pandemic hit and became more of a tech-driven company. But we haven’t forgotten the culture we used to have as a small clinic and bring those elements to create collaboration and connection between our therapists today.

What about the salary?

Set rate based on the CPT code, but essentially works off of an hourly pay scale. Our ranges are as follows:

$30-$40

Interns(Nevada only)

$55-$60

Fully licensed Masters level

$65-$70

Fully licensed Doctorate level

$80-$85

Ph.D. and PsyD level

01 What does the onboarding process look like?

Once you have signed your offer letter, you will receive the onboarding packet to fill out electronically.

05 What does the onboarding process look like?

We can get you on the schedule as soon as we have you credentialed with the first insurance company, but your schedule will fill up faster as we get you credentialed with more insurance companies. Usually, we can completely fill your schedule within 1-2 months, depending on how much availability you give us. After approximately 2 months on board with us, our clinicians generally have wait lists.
